BOUNCING CATS
An inspiring project brimming with energy has emerged in Uganda, helping children to empower themselves through the medium of hip-hop and breakdance (its own origins in Africa)- 'Breakdance Project Uganda.' I'm very excited to be writing the review for the film Bouncing Cats, which documents the trip made by world-reknowned b-boy Crazy Legs and his Rock Steady Crew to BPU in Uganda. It is due to appear in The Africa Report's (http://www.theafricareport.com/) March edition...

A must-see exhibition in Paris, not without a dose of controversy...
I recently went to see L'exposition Gaza 2010 at the Musée d'art moderne in Paris, which throws some much needed light on the devastating effects still felt long after Operation Cast Lead in Gaza...
I cant help but wonder if the pro-Israel group mentioned below would still argue for a more "balanced" view if the photographer had instead only focused on the Israeli victims of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and not the Palestinians...
